1 cup frozen mango
1 frozen banana
2 handfuls baby spinach
1 TBS chia seeds
1 cup milk (dairy/soy for more protein than almond milk)
½ cup unsweetened yoghurt
Optional: 2 tsp honey to sweeten
Blend all ingredients together for 2-3 minutes or until combined and creamy.
Pour into glasses to drink immediately, or store for up to 3 days in an airtight container, bottle or jar to grab and go.
